How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Every client is different, depening on your personal situation and commitment. Between 6-12 sessions is common. Our joint goal is to give you the skillset to navigate life in a way that is authentic, regulated and fulfilling. With this, you become your own coach, and my job is done!
