Understanding is where growth begins

More than just a workshop
Workshops offer the opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, pause and see your experiences from a fresh perspective.
In a relaxed, small-group setting, you’ll learn practical concepts, reflect on your own experiences and connect with others in a supportive environment.
Whether you’re looking for a gentle introduction or a foundation to build on, you’ll leave with greater understanding, practical tools and meaningful conversations that continue long after the workshop has ended.
How the Workshop Unfolds
WORKSHOP: When Your Body Speaks
This workshop explores the connection between stress, emotions and physical wellbeing. Through a blend of science, reflection and practical exercises, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of why your body responds the way it does, what your emotions may be telling you and how small changes can make a meaningful difference to your wellbeing.
Together, we’ll explore practical ways of responding differently, helping you develop greater self-awareness and simple strategies you can begin using straight away.

1 x 60-min coaching session
2 x 60-min coaching sessions
Workshops are a great shared experience. If you have a group of up to 10 people who would like to attend together, a private workshop can be arranged. Get in touch to discuss your group and availability.
Perhaps your body has been trying to tell you something you've never had the opportunity to explore.
Every workshop creates the opportunity to pause, reflect and better understand yourself in a supportive environment. You’ll leave with fresh insight, practical tools and a new perspective to take into everyday life.
If that feels like the right place to begin, I’d love to welcome you to a future workshop.
“The moment something begins to make sense is often the moment change becomes possible.”
Where are workshops held?
Workshops are held on Zoom and we try to offer times manageable for all time zones.
How many people are in each workshop?
To keep the experience supportive and interactive, workshops are limited to 3–10 participants. Smaller groups allow everyone the opportunity to reflect, ask questions and engage with the discussions at their own pace.
What if I can’t make any of the advertised workshop dates?
New workshop dates are added regularly. If none of the current dates work for you, click here to send me a message and I’ll be happy to let you know when new workshops are released.
Can I book a private workshop for a group of friends or family?
Absolutely. A private workshop can be a wonderful way to explore these ideas with people you already know and trust. If you have a group who would like to attend together, click here to send me a message and we’ll arrange a date that works for everyone.
What is your workshop cancellation policy?
If you’re unable to attend after booking, we’ll usually offer you the opportunity to transfer your place to a future workshop rather than provide a refund. If unexpected circumstances arise, please get in touch and we’ll always do our best to help.
You don't have to keep doing this on your own.
