A space to understand yourself differently.

Coaching isn't about fixing you.
At The Mind-Body Bridge, I work with people who are highly capable. People who manage careers, families and responsibilities while quietly carrying stress, anxiety and physical symptoms beneath the surface.
Many have become experts at coping. But coping isn’t the same as feeling well. Coaching gives you the time and space to pause, make sense of your experiences and discover practical ways to move forward.
What you can expect
Looking Beyond the Symptoms
Physical symptoms don’t always tell the whole story. They can sometimes reflect the effects of stress, emotions or experiences that haven’t yet been recognised or processed.
Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, we look at the wider picture and consider what may be contributing to them. That understanding often creates the opportunity to respond differently, reducing the need for your body to keep asking for attention.
Coaching can support a wide range of emotional and physical symptoms, including:
- Anxiety and panic
- Chronic stress and overwhelm
- Emotional exhaustion
- Poor sleep and insomnia
- Digestive issues (IBS, bloating, stomach pain)
- CFS, ME and Fibromyalgia
- Headaches and migraines
- Low mood and motivation
- Hormonal imbalances
- Feeling disconnected from yourself
what makes coaching different
Investment in yourself
When a plan is purchased, any additional 60-min sessions will be charged at the initial package rate.
Perhaps your body has been carrying a conversation your mind hasn't had time to hear.
Learning its language doesn’t mean becoming someone new. It means getting to know yourself, responding with greater compassion and creating a life that feels more like your own.
If that resonates, I’d love to explore whether coaching is the right next step for you.
“… if we can learn to identify, express, and harness our feelings, even the most challenging ones, we can use those emotions to help us create positive, satisfying lives.”
Marc Brackett – Permission To Feel
Where are one to one sessions held?
Sessions are held on Zoom. I am based in the UK but have an international client base, so please reach out wherever you are and we will make the time difference work. During our session it would be helpful for you to find somewhere quiet where you feel comfortable speaking openly.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone’s needs are different, but coaching is most effective when we have the opportunity to build on each session over time. While a one-off session can be a helpful starting point, many people choose one of the coaching packages to gain deeper insight, develop practical strategies and create lasting, meaningful change.
Do you provide a session summary?
If you’d like a written summary after each session, I’ll ask your permission to use secure AI software to help prepare it.
Is everything we discuss confidential?
Yes. Coaching provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about your experiences. Everything you share remains confidential, except in the rare circumstances where there is a legal or safeguarding obligation to disclose information.
