Discovery Call
I offer a complimentary discovery call, to my potential clients, which provides us both with the opportunity to ask questions and determine if the therapy could be helpful for you. In advance of this call you will be asked to complete a short consent form, which allows me to process your request.
Sessions
- Meaningful change takes time and a structured journey allows us to move beyond quick fixes and work towards lasting strategies and transformation. You are not obligated to any amount of sessions, however I recommend that clients make an initial personal commitment of at least six sessions. See our FAQs for ‘How Many Sessions Will I Need?’
- Weekly sessions are needed initially, transitioning to fortnightly, and then monthly, as you gain confidence using the tools and knowledge shared.
- Clients can choose a 60 or 90 minute session. The longer session is ideal for clients who may prefer to go at a slower pace, or feel the extra time would be beneficial some weeks.
- The ‘Commitment Packages‘ offer a discount for clients who want to commit to an initial six sessions and can pay in advance.
- Sessions are charged in GBP and are payable in advance using a credit/debit card via a secure bank link.

- 60 Mins – £90 (Approx $120 USD, $165 CAD, $180 AUD, €105 EUR)
- 90 Mins – £125 (Approx $165 USD, $230 CAD, $255 AUD, €145 EUR)
- The ‘Commitment Package’ 6 x 60 Mins – £490 (Approx $650 USD, $915 CAD, $1005 AUD, €560 EUR)
- The ‘Commitment Package’ 6 x 90 Mins – £690 (Approx $915 USD, $1280 CAD, $1400 AUD, €790 EUR)
Concessions
I take on a limited number of clients at a reduced rate for individuals on low income. There is a waiting list for these spaces. Please ask about this in your discovery call.
Consultation Form
In advance of your first session, you will be asked to complete a consultation form. It is required industry practice and completely confidential. You are very welcome to ask any questions about this form, if something needs clarifying, or you have other concerns that I can address for you.
